More About Me

Mike brings a unique set of skills to the team with over 20 years of experience in construction and real estate.  He began in San Diego as a plumbing apprentice working for his Dad in new construction.  His passion for construction grew quickly into the role of General Contracting.  In the Bay Area, Mike specialized in rehabilitating apartment buildings, completing up to 10 apartment remodels each week.  He worked closely with property managers and started familiarizing with real estate.  Soon after, Mike additionally transitioned into a consultant for other agents to evaluate homes and how to improve their value, both on the sale and buyer sides.  He quickly became key in the real estate transactions and then as the General Contractor on countless projects.  Soon after, he began to buy, rehabilitate and sell out of his personal portfolio in excess of over 20 million dollars in transactions.

Mike has been married to his childhood sweetheart for 26 years and have 2 daughters.  They started in San Diego, where they both grew up.  In 2006, they moved to the Bay Area where they stayed for 12 years, building his thriving construction business.  Mike served head coach for our local High School Varsity Volleyball team for 6 years, earning Coach of the Year award.  After visiting friends in Boise a few years, Mike and Heather saw the opportunities and wanted to enjoy the different lifestyle that Idaho offered.  Mike hit the ground running and has been successful in creating an Airbnb business with his real estate holdings, construction remodeling, and consulting with customers on real estate potentials.  Currently, Mike specializes in flips, investment properties, AirBNB/VRBO, and new home construction for his clients.

Outside of work, Mike loves all sports and is a cooking enthusiast.  He is excited to work with a strong team, bringing his specialized skill set to help his clients make the most out of their real estate transactions.
